In Brief:

Since taking over Twitter in October of 2022, new owner Elon Musk has taken the social media platform from one of secrecy, shadowbanning, and utter hypocrisy, to a tell-all open book platform. First with the release of the now infamous “Twitter Files,” comes the promise as requested:“Fauci Files.”

The Background:

Elon Musk, a long dissident of Fauci’s “mandates” and policies, has promised the world he will be releasing what he is calling the “Fauci Files.” Musk went so far as to move his Tesla headquarters from the notoriously heavy-handed state of California to Texas after being told that once again the state was headed back into lockdown. “Frankly this is the final straw,” Musk said on Twitter at the time. “Tesla will now move its HQ and future programs to Texas/Nevada immediately.”

Musk has stated that the former employees of Twitter maintained a fawning Slack channel titled “Fauci Fan Club.” It should also be noted that Ali Fauci, daughter of Anthony Fauci, was employed by Twitter during the pandemic, despite Fauci’s many declarations that he had no knowledge of social media and no connections.

Musk has also stated that there is proof Fauci lied to Congress as to the origins of Covid and Fauci’s involvement in said origins. The latest “Twitter Files” was released last week by journalist David Zweig, and accused the platform of “censoring info that was true but inconvenient to U.S. govt. policy” and of “discrediting doctors and other experts who disagreed.”

Notable Quotes:

“Here’s a detailed account from 2017 of how the NIH under Fauci and Collins lifted the ban on gain of function research that the Obama administration had wisely imposed.” – David Sacks via Twitter
