Hilary Fined, Trump to be Indicted for Same Loophole?

Hillary Clinton hid close to $1 million as “legal fees” for a fake Russian dossier against Trump and was fined. Trump hid just $130,000 in alleged hush money and is up against a criminal investigation and indictment.

The Background: 

Former U.S. Attorney Brett Tolman has pointed out the bias in the Trump investigation versus that of Hillary Clinton for campaign finance fraud. And it isn’t the first time the Clintons have hidden payments in campaign funds and got away with it. 

While Hillary was only fined after it was found she improperly reported campaign finance use, Breitbart reports, “the Federal Election Commission (FEC) in March 2022 fined Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee for not properly disclosing payments for the so-called pee dossier that the DOJ and FBI relied on to investigate Trump for alleged Russian collusion.”

Breitbart also pointed out: “Former New York City police officer and conservative pundit John Cardillo tweeted, ‘Bill Clinton paid Paula Jones $850,000 and no one cared.’  Tolman tweeted in response, ‘And the Hillary Campaign was actually fined for hiding the Steele Dossier payment under ‘legal fees’ — essentially the same legal theory on the Stormy Daniels payment the DA is running criminal investigation of Trump.’”
