David Hogg, gun control activist and survivor of the Parkland school shooting, is launching a competing company to Mike Lindell’s MyPillow. Lindell has received boycotts and criticism for his open disbelief in the integrity of the results of the 2020 Presidential Election. A fellow survivor of the Parkland shooting has stated that Hogg wants to make money off of ”dumb liberals,” and posted a series of tweets making fun of Hogg’s new company, calling him a “grifter.”
Mike Lindell, CEO of MyPillow, and vocal supporter of former President Donald Trump, has been “cancelled” and boycotted by mainstream media and leftists for his political beliefs and statements about the 2020 presidential election. David Hogg, gun control activist and survivor of the Parkland school shooting, has launched a competing company, creating a pillow that would support unionized workers and the progressive agenda. He tweeted, “The pillow fight just got very real,” and stated that it was “progressive competition.”
Fellow liberal activist and Parkland survivor, Cameron Kasky, trolled Hogg with a series of tweets. Kasky made fun of Hogg’s pillow company, tweeting “Anybody want to help me find a way to cash out on dumb liberals?” He shared a photo of a bath towel bearing the words “This towel will defeat Donald Trump.” He also tweeted, “I would seriously like to apologize for Gen Z activism.” Hogg and Kasky are co-founders of the March for Our Lives gun control movement.
“I think we’ve learned a valuable lesson about how the cult of personality that the corporate-friendly ‘progressive’ movement has built is extremely ripe for exploitation and will throw their money anywhere if they think it makes them a part of something.” - Cameron Kasky, co-founder of March for Our Lives
"Good for them... nothing wrong with competition that does not infringe on someone's patent." - Mike Lindell, CEO of MyPillow
