It would appear the terrorist threat level should be raised to “Extreme,” at least if the the Biden Administration is to be believed.
Instead of Al Qaeda or ISIS, Trump and Trump supporters are the new extremists and biggest threat to “American Democracy,” according to both President Biden and the White House.
Last week, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre began her daily briefing by condemning GOP leaders for their “dangerous rhetoric,” but also stated that President Biden believed supporters of former President Donald Trump were a threat.
Jean-Pierre emphasized “more examples we can count” of Trump supporters and Republican leaders demonstrating their threats to democracy.
She specifically pointed fingers at Gov. Ron DeSantis, claiming that he called for Dr. Fauci to be “physically assaulted” when he said that, “someone needs to grab that little elf and chuck him across the Potomac.”
Then along came Biden’s instantly infamous speech.
The president stood in front of Independence Hall in a highly produced address to the American people, and claimed that “...this MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that’s existed in American history — in recent American history.” He continued, “Too much of what’s happening in our country today is not normal. Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”
Biden further claimed that Trump and supporters are plotting to steal the 2024 elections. What many have failed to note is that President Biden has recently filed paperwork to run for President again in 2024. Given that context, the tone of his speech sounded more like a taxpayer-funded campaign speech than a presidential address to the American public.
“Outrageous! This is from a man who repeatedly praised segregationists. Biden promised to unite the country, but it’s been smears and lies instead.”

“Joe Biden’s government has shielded his family and his administration from accountability of abuses of power and foreign dealings of his son for personal gain. That is an assault on our democracy. Joe Biden and the politicized Department of Justice launched a raid on the home of his top political rival, Donald Trump. That is an assault on democracy.”
